* Suggested working dilutions are given as a guide only. It is recommended that the user titrate the product for use in their own experiment using appropriate negative and positive controls.
Reconstitute with 1 ml of distilled water. After reconstitution, store product undiluted at 4°C in the dark.
For FACS analysis, use 10ul of the suggested working dilution to label 1x10^6 cells in 100ul.
The protein CD86 is a molecule which provides a costimulatory signal necessary for T cell activation and survival. It is also known as B7.2. Its principal mode of action is by binding to CD28. Along with CD80, these molecules provide the necessary stimuli to prime T cells against antigens presented by antigen-presenting cells.
