This peptide corresponds to amino acids G(368) QVMESVRQLQMERDK (383) of human GM130 and can be used as a blocking peptide with polyclonal antibody PA1-077.
GM130 is a putative cis-Golgi matrix protein that belongs to the golgin family of autoantigens possessing extensive coiled-coil domains. This protein interacts with GRASP65 and acts as a receptor for the vesicle docking protein p115 during vesicle fusion.
