For FACS analysis, use 10ul of the suggested working dilution to label 1x10^6 cells in 100ul.
Glycophorin A is a sialoglycoprotein present on red blood cells (RBC) and erythroid precursor cells. It has been shown that glycophorins acts as the receptor for Sandei virus and parvovirus.
