Immunohistochemical analysis of Serum Amyloid A4 was detected in immersion fixed paraffin-embedded sections of human liver using 15 µg/mL Goat Anti-human Serum Amyloid A4 Antigen Affinity-purified Polyclonal Antibody (Product # PA5-47545) overnight at 4 °C. Before incubation with the primary antibody tissue was subjected to heat-induced epitope retrieval. Tissue was stained with the Anti-Goat HRP-DAB (brown and counterstained with hematoxylin (blue).

In direct ELISAs, less than 20% cross-reactivity with recombinant mouse Serum Amyloid A4 is observed and less than 5% cross-reactivity with recombinant human (rh) Serum Amyloid A1 and rhSerum Amyloid A2 is observed.
Reconstitute at 0.2 mg/mL in sterile PBS.
