This antibody is a monoclonal mixture of FITC-conjugated CD5 (clone M28623, isotype IgG2a) and PE-conjugated CD19 (clone 1G9, isotype IgG1).
In humans, CD5 is a 67kDa T lymphocyte single chain transmembrane glycoprotein. It is present on all mature T lymphocytes, on most of thymocytes and on many T cell leukemias and lymphomas. It reacts with a subpopulation of activated B cells.
