MA1-7642 detects CD5 from human samples.
MA1-7642 has been successfully used in flow cytometry procedures.
The MA1-7642 immunogen is all T-cells.
CD5 is a 67kDa human T-lymphocyte single-chain transmembrane glycoprotein. It is present on all mature T-lymphocytes, on most of thymocytes and on many T-cell leukemias and lymphomas. It also reacts with a subpopulation of activated B-cells.
For Research Use Only. Not for use in diagnostic procedures. Not for resale without express authorization.
Protein Aliases: CD5; CD5 antigen (p56-62); CD5 antigen p56-62; Lymphocyte antigen T1/Leu-1; T-cell surface glycoprotein CD5
Gene Aliases: CD5; LEU1; T1
