MA1-91114 has been successfully used in immunohistochemistry (FFPE) and ELISA applications. This product does not require protein digestion pre-treatment of paraffin sections e.g trypsin or pronase prior to staining. This product does not require antigen retrieval using heat treatment prior to staining of paraffin sections. Not tested in Western blotting.
Store at 4°C or at -20°C if preferred.
