MA1-20115 detects cardiac troponin 1 in human samples.
MA1-20115 has been successfully used in ELISA and Western blot procedures.
The MA1-20115 immunogen is full length, human cardiac troponin 1 protein.
Troponin I is the inhibitory subunit of troponin, the thin filament regulatory complex which confers calcium-sensitivity to striated muscle actomyosin ATPase activity. It also binds to actin and tropomyosin.
