PA1-4267 detects DIABLO protein from human samples.
PA1-4267 has been successfully used in Western blot procedures.
PA1-4267 immunizing peptide corresponds to the C-terminus of the human DIABLO protein.
DIABLO (direct IAP binding protein with low pI, smac) is a novel protein that can bind mammalian IAP homolog A (MIHA, also known as XIAP), and can also interact with MIHB and MIHC and the baculoviral IAP, OpIAP. DIABLO may promote apoptosis by binding to IAPs and preventing them from inhibiting caspases.
For Research Use Only. Not for use in diagnostic procedures. Not for resale without express authorization.
