MA1-26074 detects alpha Fibrin from human samples. MA1-26074 reacts very strongly with the alpha chain of human fibrinogen.
MA1-26074 has been successfully used in radioimmune assay and immunocytochemistry procedures.
The MA1-26074 immunogen is human acute monoblastic leukemia cells.
A monocyte and neuronal antigen present predominantly on a protein of 45 kDa MW. UC45 is specific for monocytic leukemias. The relevant antigens are not expressed in all cases with monocytic differentiation.
For Research Use Only. Not for use in diagnostic procedures. Not for resale without express authorization.
