MA1-23242 detects Id3 in Human and Mouse samples.
MA1-23242 has been successfully used in Immunofluorescence, Immunoprecipitation and Western Blot procedures.
MA1-23242 immunogen corresponds to the full-length (amino acids 1-119) mouse Id3 gene expressed in E. coli.
Store at 4°C short term. For extended storage aliquot and store at -20°C or below. Avoid freeze/thaw cycles.
Id3-2B11 recognizes Id3, a 14 kDa protein that is a member of the Id family of helix-loop-helix proteins. Id proteins are believed to be dominant negative regulators of bHLH proteins involved in cell differentiation and implicated in the control of cell growth, cellular differentiation, apoptosis and carcinogenesis.
