MA1-10859 detects IL-1 Receptor from human samples.
MA1-10859 has been successfully used in ELISA and immunohistochemistry applications.
The MA1-10859 immunogen is recombinant extracellular domain of the type I human IL-1 receptor.
The IL-1 system includes two agonists (IL-1· and IL-1 and quote;), converting enzymes, antagonists, two receptors (IL-1 RI and IL-1 RII) and the IL-1 receptor accessory protein. Interleukin-1 signal is transduced through the type I receptor.
