PA1-4233 detects the IRTA1 protein in human samples.
PA1-4233 has been successfully used in Western blot procedures.
PA1-4233 immunizing peptide corresponds to amino acid residues 69-84 of the human IRTA1 protein.
IRTA1 is a novel gene and encodes a cell surface receptor homologous to the Fc and inhibitory receptor families. It is expressed in in marginal zone B cells and is a novel immunoreceptor implicated in B cell development and lymphomagenesis.
