MA1-18421 detects p75 NTR from human, mouse, and rat samples. Other species have not yet been tested but it is expected that this antibody will be useful for the study of p75 in primates and other species.
MA1-18421 has been successfully used in western blot, immunohistochemistry, immunofluorescence and flow cytometry applications.
The MA1-18421 immunogen is recombinant human p75.
This product is not suitable for denaturing western blot applications.
This product can be stored at 4C for up to four months with the addition of an appropriate antimicrobial agent.
