PA5-28328 targets NQO2 in IHC (P) and WB applications and shows reactivity with Human and mouse samples.
The PA5-28328 immunogen is recombinant fragment corresponding to a region within amino acids 1 and 231 of Human NQO2.
NQO2 (EC 188.8.131.52) is a flavoprotein that catalyzes the 2-electron reduction of various quinones, redox dyes, and the vitamin K menadione. NQO2 predominantly uses dihydronicotinamide riboside (NRH) as the electron donor (summary by Wu et al., 1997 [PubMed 9367528]).
