PA1-18368 detects NTN from human, mouse, and rat samples.
PA1-18368 has been successfully used in immunohistochemistry, Western blot, and ELISA procedures.
The PA1-18368 immunogen is recombinant human Neurturin.
Reconstitute with 100 ul of distilled water.
Neurturin (NTN) is a member of the GDNF family of neurotrophic factors. This protein is a potent survival factor for several populations of central and peripheral neurons in mature and developing rodents. NTN supports the survival of sympathetic neurons in culture, and may regulate the development and maintenance of the CNS.
For Research Use Only. Not for use in diagnostic procedures. Not for resale without express authorization.
Protein Aliases: Neurturin; prepro-neurturin
