PA1-28917 detects Neutrophil elastase from human samples.
PA1-28917 has been successfully used in indirect ELISA applications.
The PA1-28917 immunogen is Elastase (Human Neutrophil).
Store at 4°C short term. For extended storage, aliquot and store at -20°C, avoiding freeze/thaw cycles.
The neutrophil form of elastase (EC 184.108.40.206) is 218 amino acids long, with two asparagine-linked carbohydrate chains (see glycosylation). It is present in azurophil granules in the neutrophil cytoplasm.
