PA5-31930 targets OSBPL9 in IHC (P) and WB applications and shows reactivity with Human, mouse, and Rat samples.
The PA5-31930 immunogen is recombinant fragment corresponding to a region within amino acids 512 and 736 of Human OSBPL9.
This gene encodes a member of the oxysterol-binding protein (OSBP) family, a group of intracellular lipid receptors. Most members contain an N-terminal pleckstrin homology domain and a highly conserved C-terminal OSBP-like sterol-binding domain, although some members contain only the sterol-binding domain. Multiple transcript variants, most of which encode distinct isoforms, have been identified.
