MA1-43015 detects Protein C in human samples.
MA1-43015 has successfully been used in RIA and Western blot applications.
MA1-43015 was derived from human protein C and activated protein C.
Protein C is a vitamin K-dependent serine protease zymogen. Purified human activated protein C selectively destroys factors Va and VIII:C in human plasma and thus has an important anticoagulant role.
For Research Use Only. Not for use in diagnostic procedures. Not for resale without express authorization.
