PA5-30623 targets SNX7 in IHC (P) and WB applications and shows reactivity with Human samples.
The PA5-30623 immunogen is recombinant protein fragment corresponding to a region within amino acids 1 and 148 of Human SNX7.
This gene encodes a member of the sorting nexin family. Members of this family contain a phox (PX) domain, which is a phosphoinositide binding domain, and are involved in intracellular trafficking. This protein does not contain a coiled coil region like some family members, and its function is unknown. This gene results in two transcript variants encoding two distinct isoforms.
