MA1-90579 detects SRC1 from mouse, human samples.
MA1-90579 has been successfully used in immunofluorescence, immunohistochemistry (paraffin tissue), Western blot applications.
The MA1-90579 immunogen is: Raised against amino acids 477-947 of SRC-1 fusion protein
SRC 1 belongs to the SRC family, which includes TIF2 / GRIP 1, and RAC3/ ACTR/ pCIP/AIB1. Thee cofactors interact with nuclear receptors in a ligand dependent manner and enhance transcriptional activation by the receptor via histone acetylation / methylation and recruitment of additional cofactors such as CBP / p300.
