Silencer® Select siRNAs for GAPDH were transfected at 30 nM using 0.15–0.3 µL of Lipofectamine® RNAiMAX reagent per well in 96-well plates, following reverse transfection for the various cell types. More than 95% knockdown was obtained for all cell types.
