Matched Antibody Pair Kits

Tools to create your immunoassay

Invitrogen™ antibody pair kits are pre-titered and fully optimized matched antibody pair sets for sandwich ELISA. These kits enable the development of ELISA and other immunoassays to accurately quantify cytokines, chemokines, growth factors, signaling pathway targets, and proteins associated with immunology, inflammation, cancer, cardiovascular, and neurodegenerative disease research. Our matched antibody pair kits include lot-matched antibody pairs, streptavidin HRP, multiple vials of recombinant standard.

From prequalified antibody pairs to buffers and detection reagents, we’ll help you find the reagents you need to develop your own immunoassays when studying human, mouse, rat, swine, and chicken samples.

Select matched antibodies pairs from among all target-specific ELISA kits using the following selection guide.

Features of matched antibody pairs for ELISA
  • Quality—reliable antibodies, pre-matched antibody pairs, and proven detection reagents
  • Ease of use—simplified protocol and optimized reagents
  • Flexibility—multiple detection technologies (fluorescence, absorbance, or chemiluminescence) are possible
  • Cost savings—several times more ecomonical than complete, ready-to-use ELISA kits that contain pre-coated plates

Build and customize your own immunoassays

Our antibody pair kits enable you to build your own ELISA or any other assay platform that utilizes a matched antibody pair. The kits are designed for use with a variety of sample types such as serum, plasma, cell culture supernatant, cell lysate, tissue homogenate, urine, and cerebrospinal fluid (CSF). Each antibody pair kit supplies sufficient reagents for 10 ELISA plates (5 plates for intracellular targets).
