What grants are we offering?
Thermo Fisher Scientific and our Transcriptome-Certified Service Providers are pleased to offer the Ion Torrent™ Transcriptome Profiling Grants to aid translational researchers in addressing critical areas of clinical research.
We are offering up to 12 transcriptome sequencing grants in partnership with our Certified Service Providers. The winners' projects will be completed by our CSP co-sponsors. Each grant will include the processing of up to 24 samples using the Ion AmpliSeq™ Transcriptome Human Gene Expression Kit on the Ion Proton™ System. With higher sensitivity and a broader dynamic range than arrays, the Ion AmpliSeq™ Transcriptome Solution enables researchers to profile the gene expression of over 20,000 RefSeq targets and requires as little as 10 ng of FFPE RNA.
