A fast track, two-year leadership development program for recent undergraduates designed to accelerate career development and develop future generations of finance leaders. You will participate in key financial initiatives and interact with finance leaders. In four six-month rotation assignments, you will learn and be mentored in preparation for upwardly mobile roles in the finance organization upon completion of the program. It is expected that graduates of the program relocate upon completion of the program to any facility across the United States.

Rotations are located in either Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania or Boston Metro, Massachusetts.

Qualifications

• Strong desire and motivation to develop a career in Corporate Finance
• Bachelors degree in Finance or Accounting, a GPA of 3.0 or higher
• Proven track record of accomplishment through internships
• Ability to interact with employees at all levels of the organization
• Strong attention to detail
• Goal oriented with focus on results
• Good presence and communication skills
• Authorization to work in the US without restriction
• Willing to relocate

Program Requirements

• Successfully complete four six-month rotations over a two-year time period displaying initiative, ownership and accountability
• Develop skills and experience via a combination of special projects, networking, and leadership learning
• Attend networking events, monthly meetings and FLDP recruiting events
