A two-year leadership development program for recent IT undergraduates designed to accelerate your career development and create a pipeline of future IT leaders for the company. In four six-month rotation assignments you will learn and be mentored in preparation for upwardly mobile roles in the IT organization upon completion of the program. You will gain exposure to cutting-edge technology while on the program and work on critical projects that help move the company forward.

All ITLDPs will rotate one year in the Boston Metro area and one year in Pittsburgh, PA

Qualifications

• Full time student completing Bachelors degree in Management Information Systems (MIS), Computer Information Systems, Information Technology or other related degree before July
• GPA of 3.0 or higher
• Related work or internship experience
• Ability to interact with employees at all levels of the organization
• Strong attention to detail
• Goal oriented with a focus on results
• Strong communication skills
• Applicants must be authorized to work in the United States without restriction
• Willing to relocate to Boston, MA and Pittsburgh, PA

Program Requirements

• Successfully complete four six-month rotations over a two-year time period through initiative, ownership and accountability
• Develop skills and experience via a combination of special projects, networking, and leadership learning
• Attend networking events, monthly meetings and ITLDP recruiting events
