A summer internship program designed for high potential full-time MBA, PhD and technical masters candidates as a feeder program to the Graduate Leadership Development Program. You will be matched based on your skills with a project that meets current business needs. All projects have significant strategic and/or operating importance to the business.

Qualifications

All candidates must be currently pursuing an advanced degree
3-5 years related work experience prior to graduate school (science, engineering, business)
Proven track record of initiative, ownership and accountability
Ability to interact with employees at all levels of the organization
Goal oriented with focus on results
Good presence and communication skills
Authorization to work in the US without restriction
Willing to relocate
