A fast track, two-year leadership development program for recent undergraduates or Junior Military Officers designed to accelerate your career and create a pipeline of future operations leaders. In the course of four six-month assignments, you will learn and be mentored to prepare you for upwardly mobile roles within manufacturing operations upon completion of the program. You will interact with operations leaders and participate in key operations initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Operations, Industrial Engineering, Logistics, Supply Chain, Manufacturing Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Management or related discipline. Or, prior military experience as a Commissioned Officer
• Proven track record of accomplishment through internships or military experience
• Ability to interact with employees at all levels of the organization
• Strong attention to detail
• Goal oriented with focus on results
• Good presence and communication skills
• Authorization to work in the US without restriction
• Willing to relocate

Program Requirements

• Successfully complete four six-month rotations over a two-year time period through initiative, ownership and accountability
• Develop skills and experience via a combination of special projects, networking, and leadership learning
• Attend networking events, monthly meetings and OLDP recruiting events
