Code of Conduct

Thermo Fisher Scientific’s policy requires the highest standards of business ethics on the part of all employees; we comply with all applicable laws and regulations in our business practices. Thermo Fisher has adopted and implemented a company-wide Code of Business Conduct and Ethics. All employees and directors are responsible for certifying annually that he or she is in compliance with the Code.

On an annual basis, all Thermo Fisher employees are required to complete ethics training either online or in a classroom setting, and then certify that they will comply with Thermo Fisher’s company policies. The training covers conflicts of interest, gift giving and receiving, Foreign Corrupt Practices Act, accuracy of financial books and records, insider trading, mutual respect in the workplace, antitrust issues and export control.
