Description

OPP (O-propargyl-puromycin) is an alkyne analog of puromycin that is efficiently incorporated into newly translated proteins in complete methionine-containing media. When used with Click-iT® Plus OPP Alexa Fluor® Protein Synthesis assays or Alexa Fluor® Picolyl Azide toolkits, OPP provides a fast, sensitive, and non-radioactive method for the detection of protein synthesis using fluorescence microscopy, high-content imaging, or flow cytometry.
For Research Use Only. Not for use in diagnostic procedures.
