The ChargeSwitch® NoSpin Kits provide centrifuge-free microprep plasmid purification, ideal for automation. The novel NoSpin reagent causes bacterial cell flocculation and allows cells to be pelleted without the need for automation bottlenecks such as centrifugation. This kit includes all the necessary reagents for the number of preps listed and requires the use of a magnetic accessory. Please see the Accessories Chapter (Chapter 6) to select the best magnetic accessory for your needs.

All components of the ChargeSwitch® NoSpin Plasmid Kits are shipped at room temperature. Upon receipt, store as follows: Store ChargeSwitch® Precipitation Buffer (N5) at 4“C. Mix the RNase I in ChargeSwitch® Resuspension Buffer (R4) and store the resulting solution at 4“C. Store all other components at room temperature. All components are guaranteed stable for 6 months if stored properly.
