      Description

      Our CT GFP-fusion TOPO® Expression kit provides pcDNA™3.1⁄CT-GFP-TOPO® vector for highly efficient, 5-minute cloning that fuses the green fluorescent protein (GFP) to the C-terminal end your Taq polymerase-amplified gene product. The pcDNA3.1 vector delivers high-level expression of transient or stable GFP fusion proteins in a wide range of mammalian cells Expression is easily detected in living cells using fluorescence. In addition, recombinant proteins expressed from these vectors can be detected on western blots using GFP Antiserum.

      Contenu et stockage

      CT-GFP Fusion Expression kit contain two boxes: 1. TOPO® cloning box with pcDNA™3.1⁄CT-GFP TOPO® cloning vector, dNTPs, salt solution, control PCR template and primers, forward and reverse primers for sequencing and PCR screening, and a GFP expression control plasmid. Store at -20°C. 2. One Shot® TOP10 Chemically Competent E. coli, S.O.C. medium, and supercoiled control plasmid. Store at -80°C. Kits are guaranteed stable for 6 months when properly stored
