The WT1 mRNA OneStep Assay is a highly sensitive real-time PCR assay. It enables quantitation of Wilms’ tumour-1 gene (WT1) mRNA expression in RNA extracted from peripheral blood leukocytes or nucleated cells in bone marrow. The assay is intended to aid in the minimal residual disease monitoring with acute myeloid leukemia (AML), diagnosis and progression monitoring of patients with myelodysplastic syndrome (MDS).
