Nuclear, cytoskeletal, and mitochondrial staining of Muntjac fibroblasts.
Multicolor fluorescence microscopy analysis of Muntjac fibroblasts. The actin cytoskeleton was labeled with biotin phalloidin (Cat. no. B7474) and visualized using Alexa Fluor® 350 streptavidin (Cat. no. S11249). Mitochondria were stained with MitoTracker Red CMXRos (Cat. no. M7512); the nucleus was labeled with an anti-phosphohistone primary antibody and visualized using Alexa Fluor® 500 goat anti–mouse IgG (Cat. no. A31554).
