Multicolor fluorescence analysis of muntjac fibroblasts.
The actin cytoskeleton was stained using a blue-fluorescent Alexa Fluor® 350 phalloidin conjugate (Cat. no. A22281). Mitochondria were labeled with a primary antibody ATP Synthase Subunit IF1 Mouse monoclonal antibody (5E2D7) directed against complex V inhibitor protein (Cat. no. A21355) and visualized using green-fluorescent Alexa Fluor® 500 goat anti–mouse IgG. Nuclei were stained with TO-PRO-3 dye (Cat. no. T3605).
