ACOT12 Antibody in Immunohistochemistry (Paraffin) (IHC (P)) — Immunohistochemical staining of paraffin-embedded human lymph node tissue within the normal limits using anti-ACOT12 mouse monoclonal antibody. (Heat-induced epitope retrieval by 10mM citric buffer, pH6.0, 100°C for 10min, TA502462)

ACOT12 Antibody in Western Blot (WB) — HEK293T cells were transfected with the pCMV6-ENTRY control (Left lane) or pCMV6-ENTRY ACOT12 (RC210445, Right lane) cDNA for 48 hrs and lysed. Equivalent amounts of cell lysates (5 µg per lane) were separated by SDS-PAGE and immunoblotted with anti-ACOT1. Positive lysates LY408930 (100 µg) and LC408930 (20 µg) can be purchased separately from OriGene.

ACOT12 Antibody in Flow Cytometry (Flow) — HEK293T cells transfected with either RC210445 overexpress plasmid (Red) or empty vector control plasmid (Blue) were immunostained by anti-ACOT12 antibody (TA502462), and then analyzed by flow cytometry.

For reconstitution, we recommend adding 100 µL distilled water to a final antibody concentration of about 1 mg/mL. To use this carrier-free antibody for conjugation experiments, we strongly recommend performing another round of desalting. (Zeba Spin Desalting Columns, 7KMWCO, 0.5 mL, Product # 89882)
