PA1-4150 detects the ACT protein in human samples.
PA1-4150 has been successfully used in Western blot procedures. By Western blot this antibody detects a ~33 kDa protein representing the ACT protein in testis extract.
The PA1- 4150 immunogen is the N-terminus of the human ACT protein.
Transcriptional activation of CREB and CREM are required for proper cellular differentiation. A novel protein, activator of CREM in testis (ACT), is expressed with CREM.
