Immunofluorescent analysis of APG5 showing staining in the autophagosome of HepG2 cells. HepG2 cells treated with 3µM thapsigargin 16 hrs (rigtht) and mock (left) and were fixed in ice-cold MeOH for 10 min, permeabilize with cooled acetone for 2 min for min and stained using an APG5 polyclonal antibody (Product # PA5-29694) diluted at 1:500. Blue: Hoechst 33342 staining.
