Western blot analysis of ATP6V1E1 in lysate expressing protein V-type proton ATPase subunit E. Samples were probed with an ATP6V1E1 polyclonal antibody (Product # PA1-27800) at a dilution of 1:1000 dilution. Secondary detection was performed using a peroxidase conjugated Rabbit anti-Chicken IgY (IgG) at a 1:10,000 dilution and developed with TMB Substrate. Gene specific transient over-expression HEK293T cell lysate (lane 2); Empty vector transfected control HEK293T cell lysate (lane 3).
