Western blot analysis of ANXA7 in Rat brain tissue lysates (20 µg/Lane). Exposure time: 1 minute; 8% SDS-PAGE gel. Proteins were transferred to a PVDF membrane and blocked with 5% NFDM/TBST for 1 hour at room temperature. Samples were incubated in ANXA7 Monoclonal antibody (Product # MA5-44730) using a dilution of 1:500 in 5% NFDM/TBST at room temperature for 2 hours followed by Goat Anti-Rabbit IgG - HRP secondary antibody at a dilution of 1:300,000 for 1 hour at room temperature. Predicted band size: 53 kDa. Observed band size: 53 kDa.
