Immunofluorescent analysis of Apoptosis-enhancing nuclease showing staining in the nucleus of HCT 116 cells. HCT 116 cells were fixed in 4% paraformaldehyde at RT for 15 min and stained using an Apoptosis-enhancing nuclease polyclonal antibody (Product # PA5-22208) diluted at 1:500.
