MA1-91867 detects Bone Alkaline Phosphatase from human, bovine samples.
MA1-91867 has been successfully used in Western blot and ELISA applications. Western blot detects a band of ~90 kDa.
The MA1-91867 immunogen is full length native protein (purified) from human bone.
Bone alkaline phosphatase is indistinguishable form the isozyme found in liver and kidney, embryonic stem cells and embryonic carcinoma cells. It is attached to the cell membrane by a GPI-anchor.
