Immunofluorescent analysis of U2OS cells expressing BPV E2 protein using a Bovine Papilloma Virus 1 E2 monoclonal antibody (Product # MA1-71537) (green) at a dilution of 0.5µg/ml followed by detection using a fluorescent 488/460 conjugated secondary antibody. Nuclei were stained using DAPI (blue).
