Western blot analysis of CAPD3 in Hela cell lysates using a CAPD3 monoclonal antibody (Product # MA5-18070) at various dilutions. Samples were separated by SDS-PAGE and transferred to a nitrocellulose membrane. The membrane was blocked in 3% NFDM-PBST for 1 hr at room temperature and incubated at 4°C in 0.5% NFDM-PBST. Detection was performed using an HRP-conjugated Fc-specific anti-mouse secondary antibody.
