Reconstitute with 1 ml of distilled water. After reconstitution, store product undiluted at 4°C in the dark.
For FACS analysis, use 10ul of the suggested working dilution to label 1x10^6 cells in 100ul.
CD147 cell surface antigen is a 50-60 kDa glycoprotein also known as neurothelin and basigin. CD147 is broadly expressed on peripheral blood cells and by endothelial cells. Expression on T cells is increased following activation.
