MA1-20223 detects CD1d in human samples.
MA1-20223 has been successfully used in immunohistochemistry (frozen and paraffin) and immunoprecipitation procedures.
The MA1-20223 immunogen is a human beta G2 - CD1d fusion protein.
Store at 4°C short term. For extended storage aliquot and store at -20°C or below. Avoid freeze-thaw cycles.
CD1d is a 49kD heavy chain associated with Beta 2 microglobulin on cortical thymocytes. Beta 2 microglobulin independent expression of CD1d has also been demonstrated on human intestinal epithelial cells. CD1D is the sole group 2 member of the CD1 family of major histocompatibility (MHC)like glycoproteins.
