MA5-16537 contains a monoclonal mixture of FITC-conjugated CD19 (clone #6D5, Rat IgG2a) and RPE-conjugated CD3 (clone #KT3, Rat IgG2a). This antibody is a dual-color reagent recognizing mouse CD19 and CD3. Clone 6D5 recognizes mouse CD19, a 95 kDa cell surface glycoprotein expressed by B lymphocytes. Clone KT3 recognizes mouse CD3, a cell surface glycoprotein expressed by mature T cells.
Reconstitute with 1 ml of distilled water. After reconstitution, store product undiluted at 4°C in the dark.
For FACS analysis, use 10ul of the suggested working dilution to label 1x10^6 cells in 100ul.
