MA5-16728 contains a monoclonal mixture of FITC-conjugated CD3 (clone #IF4, Mouse IgM) and RPE-conjugated CD4 (clone #W3/25, Mouse IgG1). This antibody is a dual-color reagent recognizing rat CD3 and CD4 cell surface antigens. Clone IF4 recognizes rat CD3, a cell surface glycoprotein expressed by mature T lymphocytes. Clone W3/25 recognizes rat CD4, a 55 kDa glycoprotein expressed by helper T lymphocytes, thymocytes and macrophages.
Reconstitute with 1 ml of distilled water. After reconstitution, store product undiluted at 4°C in the dark.
For FACS analysis, use 10ul of the suggested working dilution to label 1x10^6 cells in 100ul.
