PA1-26255 detects CD3 from human samples.
PA1-26255 has been successfully used in immunohistochemistry (paraffin) procedures.
The PA1-26255 immunogen is a synthetic peptide, conjugated to BSA, corresponding to a portion of human CD3.
CD3 is present on 70% of normal peripheral blood lymphocytes and 60% of thymocytes. This antigen is found on the majority of human T cells.
