For FACS analysis, use 10ul of the suggested working dilution to label 1x10^6 cells in 100ul.
CD62P cell surface antigenis a 140kDa glycoprotein also known as P-selectin. CD62P is expressed by activated platelets and endothelial cells, and plays an important role in adhesive processes between leucocytes and endothelial cells.
